New Alternatives offers you the benefit of 30 years experience in HUD subsidized property management. This includes Section 8 contract administration, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, liaison with government and private entities, interpretation and application of government regulations and laws, financial and compliance analysis, Section 504 Handicap Accessibility surveys, on-site reviews of management operations and full property management services. We also prepare competitive applications for HUD Section 202 and Section 811 grants and other HUD and State Agency programs and assist owners in the process of evaluating available refinancing options and mortgage placement.
