We analyze your property’s income and expenses from the perspective of the HUD/PBCA reviewer. This allows us to determine if rental income is adequately covering the cost of all the HUD recognized operating expenses. Based on that information, we:

- Update owners on changes in HUD Rules / Regulations regarding HAP/PRAC Contract renewal.
