HAP/PRAC Contract Renewal

We analyze your property’s income and expenses from the perspective of the HUD/PBCA reviewer. This allows us to determine if rental income is adequately covering the cost of all the HUD recognized operating expenses. Based on that information, we:

  • Prepare HAP Contract renewal package including evaluating the renewal options available, recommending a renewal strategy and preparing all required exhibits (except Rent Comparability Studies);

  • Prepare budget based PRAC Contract renewal packages;
  • Update owners on changes in HUD Rules / Regulations regarding HAP/PRAC Contract renewal.
